Topic: DRIVING


Some people say the minimum age for driving should be 16. What do you think? And why?

  • I agree because when you are 16 you have some responsibility and you can drive a car if you learn right. You have to be carefull because drive a car is dangerous and recare more attention you have to stay on in the traffic and in the road signs and you can't pass the speed limit or you can be fine.

  • I disagree...i think that you just have enough responsibility when you´re 18 and that´s what our society thinks...so you prepare yourself for when you do 18!

  • I think that that people who are 16 are not mature enough to drive a car legaly. I know lots of people who are not 18 and drives car and motorbikes and sometimes its very dangerous because they drink a lot in partys and go home by car.Two friends of mine already died because of this and i think that one of the causes was drinking. I think must continuos how it is now.

  • i disagree, for me a lot of people when have 16 don't have any responsibility for drive a car or a motorbike, for me 18 is the ideal age

  • It depends, a person who has 16 can have maturity to drive a car or a motorcicle, but there is some people that use car to race and don't has responsibilityto drive a car

  • I desagree because when you are 16 you don't have enough maturity to drive and when you are 18 you have more responsability so you are prepared for drive.

  • I don't think so....i think that people who have 16 don't have responsibility and maturity to drive car or motorbike...the ideal age is 18, because they have more responsibility.

  • I dont think so.
    When u have 16 years u dont really need a car. 16 years people normally want to go to partys and this kinds of things, so its easier to get involved in an accident car. At this age, its better to use bus or just walk.

  • I think that there are many kind of teenagers. If the person is responsable and know what to do with the car (like go to work or go to school) there's no problem in having a car. But there are many messy teenagers, those won't care with the minimun age.

  • I think its good but I´m not agree.
    Nowadays had hapenned a lot of accidentes with teenagers, and some one even died driving.

  • i disagree because when you're 16 years you can't be so responsibility for driver... for that is very important to be careful, when you're 18 you represents more maturity.

  • I thing that the law in Brazil is correct, or at least the most safe to the people, because a 16 years old boy or girl is not responsible as he needs to drive a car.

  • I think people can drive when they are 16, because they already have some responsibility and can deal with the problems they may cause. And with 16 we can vote, so we should be able to drive too.

  • The only real difference i can think of would be a video camera and maybe more memory. If you jailbreak an iphone dont you get viceo anyway? So other than the camera there isnt much improvement they can make is there?
